Something wrong with your order? Here’s how we’ll make it right.

We want you to be happy with every order. If a product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or doesn’t match what you ordered — we’ll replace it or refund you, no questions asked.

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier. After 48 hours we can still help, but the replacement is at our discretion.

How the process works

1️⃣

WhatsApp us

Send a WhatsApp message to 01913256818 with your order number, a photo of the product, and a short description of the issue.

2️⃣

We confirm

We’ll review within a few hours and reply with next steps. In most cases we approve replacements on the spot.

3️⃣

Return the product

Pay the courier charge and send the product back via the delivery person. We’ll reimburse the courier fee on top of the refund once we receive it.

4️⃣

Get your replacement or refund

Replacement orders ship within 24 hours of us receiving the return. Refunds (bKash or bank transfer) land within 2–3 business days.

What we can’t accept back:
• Opened bags of seed mix or soft food (bird-safety rule — once the seal is broken, we can’t resell)
• Products damaged by misuse after delivery
• Items returned after 7 days from delivery without prior approval
